LGBTQ+ Therapeutic Counselling
Relational Therapy
I believe that therapeutic change relies on an authentic relationship of trust between the client and counsellor. My job is to help create such a relationship with my clients.
I would describe myself as a humanistic therapist, as I try to see the person as a whole and unique individual.
How I work
Integrating Approaches
I draw on a range of therapeutic methodologies to best suit the person in front of me. Depending on your needs, I might integrate concepts or methods from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, or Psychodynamic Therapy into our work together.

No! You don’t need to be trans to work with me. I work with clients of all genders (and none).
This website has ‘trans’ in the domain name for search engine optimisation, as I believe trans clients deserve trans therapists.

Yes! I work with clients from all around the world. I can only see a limited number of clients from the USA and Canada at a time due to regional differences in insurance laws.

No. I’m a therapeutic counsellor, not a psychiatrist. If you need a diagnosis or medical prescription you should contact your local mental health service or general medical practitioner.
